The last update was in 2024 and the app doesn’t work. Guess that says it all.
Error message
Can’t see transactions or deposits. I created the acct and logged in and it showed but now it won’t show anything, just an error message. I Closed the app and reopened and nothing. Deleted acct and app and reinstalled and created new acct and still nothing. May as well stick with the Providers app.

The app worked at first. It hasn’t worked in over a year. It keeps showing an error message for over a year after I’ve reset it over 45 times. The fact they haven’t fixed the problem in this long period of time shows just how much they care about the customer. I know they’re still being paid by the state for the service they are NOT providing. Ridiculous !

This is the most frustrating thing ever i can't get in this app because it says i have an Account but every time i hit forgot password it displays an email reset but i never reset ive called everybody to get this thing fixed no luck so i can't unlock my card please help

Not once have I been able to use it. It will let me log in and always get an error that my transaction can’t be loaded. Have deleted restart reinstall everything and not once has it worked

I completed the registration process and entered my personal information as requested. However, once it was time to access and use the app, I repeatedly received error messages and was never able to successfully enter or use the app.
Despite multiple attempts, the issue was not resolved. As a result, I was unable to access any features or services the app claims to provide. This is especially concerning because my personal information was already submitted, yet I received no functionality or support in return.
This experience is frustrating and raises concerns about the app’s reliability and handling of user data. I would like a clear explanation of why this occurred, confirmation of how my personal information is being stored or used, and instructions on how this issue will be resolved. If the issue cannot be fixed, I request that my information be removed from your system.

Doesn’t work! Has never worked! Doesn’t even let you get past login! Tells you all of your information is wrong and to reset your password, yet it doesn’t even let you do that!!
Bugs need fixing
There’s a bug with password reset where it cannot validate my account unless I go on the web application on my laptop. The mobile app must have an issue with backend communication or something. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. The other issue I have been facing for a long time now is that I no longer can view my card details it just fails. The app is broken and I’m actually disappointed the app is in this state . It almost seems like nobody works on this app anymore ? I would happily volunteer trying to fix some of these bugs and pushing an update *if* this is the case.

Worked fine for awhile but can’t get my past transactions and won’t show my current balance. Been broken for months now… either take it down or redo the whole thing. Even better, let folks use a better EBT tracker program out there! Can only give a one star since I can’t give a half star

App hasn’t worked for months. All of a sudden, I’m getting Error message. Can’t call SNAP office for help because I get lost in the automated system.

The app does not work and hasn’t for months. I just tried to set it up again and I can’t even get through the process of adding my card without it constantly going back to the screen for me to add the last 4 of my social security number.
