Impossible to use the application
They will block account for your firm after it opens for 3 year. When try to reach out for a help via application - you will try with “chat” option that is always display you loading animation. When tries to reach to your personal “bank assistant” he will not answer to your calls.

Wszystko działało ok i ogólnie aplikacja jest ok ale nie mogę wejść w edycję kart (np zmiany PIN) i dodatkowo w Apple Pay pokazuje mi zły kolor karty jak bym miał zwykłą kartę a mam inną płatną

Якщо є декілька рахунків і ти хочеш зробити валютний переказ, то форма не передбачає вибрати збереженого отримувача
А ще мені не довподоби, що я не можу подивитись в своєму додатку номер карти, і завжди маю її носити з собою, щоб при потребі мати можливість ввести всі дані.
Все інше працює добре.

Not user friendly
Some features basically useless but present in app, and some really needed features like getting a bank statement or card info (basic feature in any bank app) are not available (or hidden so nobody can’t find it )
Upd: yes, this functionality is present but (!) card shown in encoded format, you can’t copy its info or do anything with it. It’s basically useless, it’s not about security but bad UX. For the bank statement there’s no option to chose a date range, only by month which is also non user friendly.
Web-login with “hidden” password symbols is not about this app, but please give a medal for worst possible solution to a guy who invented it. Changing my review to 3 stars because mentioned features appeared to be present, but actually doesn’t work as it should be.

Taking money for the service they declared as 0 cost, application is awesome

Having a weird situation with bank which takes money for service they declared as 0 cost.
I’m updating this review as Developers response seems to me fair. App is great for me, pretty much intuitive and works great with no issues. Never had bad experience with the app.

2.34.0 version bug (persists in 2.35.0)
“Confirmation” button does not generate a transaction confirmation document in version 2.34.0. It looks like an empty view controller without any content gets presented on top of the transaction screen, that results in app “being stuck” and the only way you can use it is to open-close Please do a hot fix cause I need to make an annual expense report by EOY and need those documents 😭 (I am not able to use a web version)

Bardzo fajna i intuicyjna appka. Trochę wkurzające są zabezpieczenia np po ponownym zainstalowaniu na tym samym telefonie trzeba aktywować przez infolinię
problem with buy tickets
Extra good app, but when I try to buy tickets for bus, I’ve got ‘Information, data request failed’ it starts to appear when I switch my phone from 11 to 12 iphone, any ideas support?
