Unusable
Downloaded the app created an account got to be location services screen, and was unable to get past it. No scroll no escape when I went to location services in Settings the app wasn’t there. Deleted the app started over the same thing.
Not working
I can’t get past the location services screen. After deleting and restarting multiple times, the app will not move past it.

Trying to get notifications and keeps crashing. Is it all or nothing now for notifications?!?! I don’t want every one; let us choose! 👎
Location services glitch
Even with this latest update, the app still doesn’t allow you to get past the request to allow location services screen. Evidently at that stage, the app is still not loaded fully into the system because when you go to grant location services, it does not appear in the app list. No way around this. Please fix the glitch, the tournament has started.

Locks on Location Services!
When I load the app and go through setup, it locks up on a screen telling me to turn on Location Services. They are on, and I’m on a iPhone 16 pro. I’ve deleted and reinstalled 4 times - same problem every time!
App is unusable
Just downloaded the app to prepare for the tournament. It asks me to turn on location services (but the app is not on the list) and then it is just frozen there. I have closed and reopened it several times and it just won’t open.

can’t get the app to work keeps telling me to put in my location and i go to settings and they are all turned on. So frustrating

After logging in it asks if I want notifications, and when I agree I'm taken to a screen that tells me to turn on location services. But the app isn't listed under location services setting and I can't get past the "turn on location services" screen in the app.
Needs Usability
Love the tournament, love the app. Just needs usability features to increase text size with phone settings so it can be read without reading glasses that are not on hand when at the tournament.
Not easy to transfer tickets
The app is NOT user friendly nor the website.
Moreover, the help is a bad robot, very annoying.
It is a shame since the tickets are very expensive and this app does not live up to the standard and hurts the overall experience.

Lifesaver App
It was our first time at BNP Paribas and this app navigated our time there with ease. I love that tickets are integrated with the app and you can see who's playing and practicing in real time so you can prioritize. Highly recommend downloading this app.
What happened?
This app used to be so easy to use now it is just a tool to monetize you. I have to send an email to verify me because I want to follow a player. Give me a break.
Confusing
It asks to send me a text message but wasn’t obvious my phone number was already entered and you can touch anywhere to confirm the number.
