Severely reduces the quality of my life
I have never encountered such a poorly made, poorly maintained, and inaccurate application that I know the Yard is paying big bucks for in my life. They only update times for some of the stops, that could be a driver problem true, but even bigger than that I have lost MONEY because of how terrible this application is. Countless times clocking out early so I can make the bus according to this app and still end up standing outside for 20 minutes waiting for a bus that said it was arriving in 3 minutes. If I knew how and was a richer person I would try to sue this company for lost wages that’s how exasperated I am. Terrible app with zero customer support. I dream of the day I no longer need it.

Has a lot of kinks to work out
Most of the functions on the app don’t work. The schedule doesn’t load and the bus icon real-time tracking isn’t always accurate. Really hope they update this because it would be incredibly useful but as it is right now, you’re basically no worse off without it.
