Another successful step in BNY Mellon’s campaign to alienate and discourage personal banking customers. While the old app was tolerable, this one makes it nearly impossible to deposit checks using iPad and makes navigation much worse.
Doesn’t work on iPad
Camera function in the app makes it literally impossible to deposit checks using iPad. Old app worked fine in this regard, can’t imagine how this is such a huge miss.
Love the banking features
Recent banking enhancements are great. Does everything I need it to do! And well!
Long way to go
Sub-optimal user experience. Navigation is poor. No options to toggle to view returns by % gain ...only by $. App often hangs...but I suppose it's a start.
Doesn't work...
Deserves no stars. Tried to use the app a few times to check my BNY accounts. Can only hope BNY is watching my money better than it is developing apps as this app literally has never worked for me once after several attempts over the course of a few weeks.
