Not easy to set up
All my information is correct; SS#, phone #, email address but it will not send the security code to my phone # with area code, and seven digital number to verity my phone via SSM nor will it call me with the code. I have to go into the back personally to see what’s up … pain in the brain

I would never go back to a big national bank. State Street Bank has everything the big banks do and I can personally walk in anytime for friendly professional help.
Too sensitive
Seems a little sensitive on reading the back of the check and gets rejected quite often when it appears clear in the photo . Should be a way for us to override if it’s not reading it multiple times

Re: the new app is a little smoother
The layout is still awkward in places. I’d like to be able to move things. Like the messages is in the line in the way of looking at what it set up to pay. That’s probably not clear. But thank you for the improvements to date.

Thank you for the feedback. You can move and customize your dashboard. On the right, tap the three dots above your account, then select Organize Dashboard. From here, you can move the cards around to your desired order.
