I love SSB
I would never go back to a big national bank. State Street Bank has everything the big banks do and I can personally walk in anytime for friendly professional help.
Too sensitive
Seems a little sensitive on reading the back of the check and gets rejected quite often when it appears clear in the photo . Should be a way for us to override if it’s not reading it multiple times

Re: the new app is a little smoother
The layout is still awkward in places. I’d like to be able to move things. Like the messages is in the line in the way of looking at what it set up to pay. That’s probably not clear. But thank you for the improvements to date.

Thank you for the feedback. You can move and customize your dashboard. On the right, tap the three dots above your account, then select Organize Dashboard. From here, you can move the cards around to your desired order.

Fails regularly
This app fails regularly. The only way I have found to correct this is to delete and download again. Very inconvenient!
Old app was better
I’ve had more issues with this app not updating and being current on information than the old app. It is very confusing when you have multiple accounts.
Re: new app format
The new format is not as easy to use on the phone as the previous one. I usually have to pull out the laptop for paying bills, but it works for a quick check on amounts available in all accounts.
Online accounts
This is a little hard to get use to and can be confusing especially when transferring from one account to another
