Shady Trial Tactics

Never used the app but was charged $96 for the subscription; said subscription isn’t even listed in my settings, and I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL for it which is so shady

Great App

Trial seems scammy, customer service nonexistent!

Started the trial went through my own subscription settings, tried to find in their settings, and even contacted customer on the terms of the trial and how long it lasted so that way I could cancel. I was charged today and still no response from customer service 10 days. Later.

We're sorry you feel this way. This isn't representative of the experience we want our customers to have. Our team responds to all support tickets within ~12 hours so we're not sure what happened here. Bo has always directed users to contact our support email for assistance, and we have since added an ability for our users to manage their subscriptions directly. We hope you give Bo another try in the future!

Bad memory

It sometimes forgets what time my events end. Like I work from 9 to 5 and there’s been multiple occasions where it says “don’t worry work ends at 1” and I’ve had to correct it. Other than that it’s amazing
