Best Board Portal We’ve Used

Major step forward for our board governance
BoardEffect is more than a board portal - it has become an essential part of how we operate as a governing body. It has helped us move from a largely administrative process to a more strategic, collaborative, and effective approach to governance.
Needs a few improvements
Every time I open the app I have to enter a soft token not sure why the app can’t remember that I have already done this, so now I have to enter it each and every time. Libraries look like horrible it’s just a iframe window, the navigation icons are hard to make out, it’s like no one has tested the app.

So easy and intuitive
Key word searches for anything, all relevant info front and center. Really slick modern governance platform
Difficult to navigate / waste of time
Feel like this app was intentionally designed to waste ppls time. Purpose of this app is to get board members their board materials. Takes 3x too many clicks to get to the files and is way to hard and slow to get things to open or download. Pretty disappointing stuff
Website better than app
The app is very difficult to maneuver around, and some features, such as poll results, are not visible. Very difficult to find things. The website is much better than the app.
Touch ID?
Update 2/12/18: so FaceID support was added in today’s release. What about FaceID. My phone does not have FaceID, and I don’t plan on getting a phone with FaceID. TouchID is much easier to rise. Please add TouchID support! Thanks.

Initial review: Decent app. Why not enable Touch ID / Face ID for login? It’s relatively simple to do, and it’s more secure than a password. It would make logging in much easier also.
