Cannot fix video
Cannot set and lock a specific location/view for the camera. Every time I open that setting, the app freezes.

In general the owl is awesome. New updates cause glitches especially in the app. The focus aspect
are great when the work. Today has been a challenge during our church service. Please fix.

Clicking to set a static location just brings up a gray screen. Broken app when I needed it the most thanks for messing up something really important for me.
Use the iPhone app
I have to second what the other commenter contributed — seems silly that a device people are obviously using for work would require your personal phone to operate, and none of the Owl-created troubleshooting ever suggested or indicated I’d need it on my phone rather than computer. Spent a very annoying 45 minutes Googling, reinstalling the app, unplugging my Owl, etc. before I found this person’s rating of the app!
