The app has not been working in iOS for past 3 weeks, it is really irritating that i even cannot change time of my watch due to this issue, the watch is of no use to me because of this.

Facebook Messenger Notifications Not Available
Is there a plan to update the software to allow Facebook Messenger Notifications? The watch is good so far but I was really looking forward to this feature. Giving 2 stars now because of that. Also, BoAt Ultima Prime is not listed on the other app (BoAt Wearables). In that app, Messenger notifications can be enabled. Please update both apps with the Messenger notification feature.

Size of the app and OTP issue
Why the size of the app is 500 MB approx ? It’s a waste as per the device make it diff …a ring won’t need watch features .. and OTP for the ring device is not working ..are you guys testing the app ?

Awful customer support
I’m using boat smart ring active plus. I have following two issues:
1) App crashes while viewing heart rate graph on recorded activities. This problem didn’t exist before iOS26 update.
2) No sleep score available and the colour coding of sleep stages are not proper. In general no insight or readiness score available from any measured data making them useless.
I tried mailing to the support team but they blocked my mail from their mail server after back and forth mails. So I am really frustrated with my purchase.

Watch is good, battery also good enough to stay long more then 7 days I can say. But havesuggestions
Watch shold download at least current watch face from app and show into the default faces. Multiple time its changing so every time need to go app and then change face. It taking time..
App is useless
This app is so useless that connection with watch is failed every 1 week and we need to reset the watch to reconnect-all data is lost in this process and we have flaws in all the areas… repent buying this boat watch that too 2 of them for family… never again buying any boat product
App keeps crashing
I have been boat user for 2+ years now but this app has truly disappointed me. Every time I try to change any settings, it crashes. I have been trying to sync my device since 4 hours now. It keeps getting disconnected and I cannot even get started with Bluetooth calling feature. The time zone too! It keeps showing me in am even though I would be running on pm. This is truly frustrating. Please please fix it or I might have to return the device.

Request for new features
BOAT ACTIVE PLUS SMART RING - Sleep tracking should be spot on, but it doesn’t seem accurate yesterday it missed about 3 hrs of sleep , please bring afternoon naps auto tracking, also bring sleep score, recovery score or bio charge just as in amazefit smart watches, you already have the sensors you need to being these features through software update, also there is no pace data in walking activity, please fix that too, also add an option to add different trackers to in activity tracking screen such as steps, time and distance, now there are only 2 trackers in activity tracking screen, heart rate and calories. Also auto heart rate monitoring set to every 5 minutes but the ring measures only after half an hour, please fix it. In sleep tracking the tracking shown rem sleep time is shown but not shown in the image also bed time and wake up time is missing

Useful App & Smartwatch
There are thousands of cheap Chinese apps in the health sector and we find a very good quality app and smart watches from Boat - an Indian brand with zero chances of data being misused by third party companies. App is of good quality, watch is of very good quality and process are reasonable. Looks stunning!

Data sync issue
My mobile OTP not working. Also data sync issue.

Its not working properly because when i try to pair with my phone it did not connect with it didn’t enjoy any feature.
Useless app; useless products
The app is random. I have a boat watch that I bought in a moment of weakness. The watch behaves randomly. When tried to start a workout, the heart rate and calories burnt aren’t not accurate. That’s not a big issue, people could say that due to noise the reading are not accurate. The problem comes when the app after syncing the activity, shows a flat heart rate on 89 bpm avg with 0-0 for highs-lows. It’s laughable cz during workouts you can see the heart rate changing.
The same heart rate is not considered when checking the heart rate trend in the vitals section.
Haven’t seen a more useless product. Buy a cheap Chinese product and slap an Indian name on it doesn’t make it Indian. I’ve used other Chinese bands like the MI and Xi, calling boat Chinese is an insult to Chinese products.
