This App use to work it stopped working 8 months ago I have an E bike I can’t even ride because the app doesn’t work or unlock bike any more I just brought a new e-bike boaz bikes are a waste of money an time bikes are trash battery falls off the bike whenever you riding it not to mention the app doesn’t do anything why have this app an I can’t use it to ride a bike I paid 1200 for if you go to this app an try an call them you get no response no tech help no communication what so ever about anything there’s no one to answer my questions. All they want is your money

I tap all the right pictures but it keeps giving me new pictures even though I tap all the correct pictures. I even downloaded the app on another device and I was able to get into the app.
