Horrible app

The app malfunctions. It does not pass the t&c page. The app fails in moving forward. Even the website is full of bugs.
Eeismcsqr

Poor everything

Went to go charge a few miles away from the campsite, touchscreen did not work and the app is virtually garbage. I can't even charge simply from the app by entering my bank info whoever designed this needs to go back to school.
DDusterDraws

Can’t even create an account

Tried charging my car at this station and it wouldn’t work through their QR code. Tried downloading the app and it wouldn’t allow me to make an account.
NANot banking here anymore

Clunky, poorly designed, does not work right

App states chargers are functional when they aren’t. 10/10 do not recommend.
NNICKNAMEMATTF

App loses track of charging session

The app loses track of the charging session, saying that the charger “faulted” despite the charge continuing as normal (confirmed from the EVSE display and the vehicle)
