User reviews

Last person to charge

Did has been hooked up all day. Only takes 9 hrs to go from 0-100z How do I get a notification or have visibility that the last person has stopped charging and I can hookup? Or the ability to see the charger is open in a one charger neighborhood. It’s 2026. Chargers are not rocket science. ChargePoint is so much better.

2 charging spots for EV charging. Very easy to activate using the AmpUp app from your phone. Only issue is that parking is always busy and ice cars would park on it at times.

The app also facilitates starting charging sessions with a quick QR scan and managing payments.

How do I pay for charging with AmpUp?

You can pay for charging sessions directly within the app using a credit card or a card saved in your phone's wallet. For added convenience, you can also link your existing RFID card or badge, or request a new AmpUp RFID card to swipe and charge without your phone.

Can I see how much charging will cost?

Yes, the app makes pricing and policies transparent for drivers. Each charger host sets their own prices, which are displayed in the app, allowing you to see the charging speed and cost per minute or kWh. You can also see your charging session history and receipts.

What if I have a problem with charging or billing?

Can I use this app if I don't own an EV charger?
