“ Livingston charge port” is the name on the stations and the phone number takes you to them, as does the QR code. But ViaLynk by Lynkwell appears to be the service you are supposed to use to enable charging at these stations. It is very confusing. I learned this after I had already paid a monthly subscription fee to Livingston on the spot to try charging the car, getting nowhere. Finally, I discovered the ViaLynk app and saw I had used one of these very stations years ago and already had an account. What a crock!!

ViaLynk is one of the most difficult EV charger I use. Confusing, bad UX and UI, and often show error on charging
Not great.
App wouldn’t find station, and station wouldn’t take credit card. Eventually reset and worked, on a different charger.
