It had one job, and it failed. How can software be this bad in the age of AI??

Greedy

Rate is literally double compared to Tesla Superchargers. The barcode scanner functionality doesn’t work. And you get not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, but 5, FIVE messages every time—3 text messages and 2 emails.

Registration must be optional. Another app with forced login is another account to be hacked.

Try doing all the process in freezing temperatures and see of you like it.

Chargers great, apps not

Just make it so we can tap a credit card and charge. Signing up, signing in, scanning the qr. never works right and the whole process is inconvenient. It should be as simple as tap a credit card and charge. Not one person will agree that downloading and signing up for another app isnt a hassle.
