It had one job, and it failed. How can software be this bad in the age of AI??

Rate is literally double compared to Tesla Superchargers. The barcode scanner functionality doesn’t work. And you get not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, but 5, FIVE messages every time—3 text messages and 2 emails.

Chargers great, apps not
Just make it so we can tap a credit card and charge. Signing up, signing in, scanning the qr. never works right and the whole process is inconvenient. It should be as simple as tap a credit card and charge. Not one person will agree that downloading and signing up for another app isnt a hassle.

Thanks for providing the Chargers my only complaint is people who don’t have Phevs or Evs are parking on the spot unpunished then you can hear then in the morning breakfast about how they are saving USA of electric cars customers.

Slow charger and idle fees
These are slow chargers located at a hotel. If I’m charging overnight I’m expected to unplug my car and move it in the early hours of the morning or be charged $3 / hour in an empty parking lot where I’m the only person using the charger.

It took far longer than it should have to find the way to properly end the charge many clicks and details involved. Developers should make ending a session much much easier. Thank you.
