Worst app ever super buggy and tracking is bad

This app is so frustrating. I can’t even scroll through the uploaded photos without delay after delay; heaven forbid I accidentally click on one and get sidetracked into some other folder. Or the scroll inexplicably starts again at the top.
Downloading a photo takes forever and they are terrible quality. There should be a way to block duplicate photos. Or tag people for search ability.
I see no benefits to using this app instead of a shared Google file. So frustrating!

Ok for what it is
A fine app for traveling with a group of a lot of people but sends way too many notifications and it’s annoying and I can’t turn them off or I’ll miss something important. Overall decent.
Do Not Recommend BRT
BRT organized a trip of over 100 high school students from upstate NY to Universal Studios in FL. Motorcoach buses were to transport students, luggage and band equipment from the airport in NJ back to school in NY. The coaches never arrived, and students needed to squeeze into 2 school buses with bags/equipment on their lap and all remaining luggage filling the aisles. WILDLY UNACCEPTABLE.
Additionally, As a family member at home this app serves no purpose other than a photo sharing repository, and even then it has limited relevance when 100s of people are traveling on the same trip and you don’t need to see their selfies. It provides no security or communication / messaging options as portrayed.

Terrible app, a not-too-bad travel agency
Listen, I think the one time I've traveled with this company it was just unlucky, and a lot happened that I'm fairly positive was well beyond their control. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely. Was this an acceptable trip experience? Also yes? I just happen to hate slow apps which is the only thing Bob Rogers has to offer

Won’t Upload Pics Unless You Give It Full Access
If you don’t want to give Bob Roger’s access to every picture on your phone you can’t upload any. I thought apps in the App Store were required to let you pick and choose (limited access). It makes it unappealing for chaperones to upload pictures for school trips to have to give them all your kids pics to do who knows what with.

Not great, very buggy
Our school has used this app for 2 of my daughter’s school trips. This review can only speak of the parent side of the app, which allows viewing photos and pdfs added by others. While there are parts that are useful, such as the ability to view the itinerary, the app is very buggy and not the best quality. The photos that get uploaded cannot be tapped to view larger and are only maybe 1/4 of your phone screen at the largest. The quality of these photos are also degraded from the original, as I can see pics my daughter sent me directly and the ones she uploaded to the app and the quality is much poorer in the app. The app also has issues even staying open, which is frustrating. I’m trying to look at photos and it kicks me out of the app. I try to move from photos to itinerary or vice versa and I get kicked out. Reopening the app usually works, but it’s quite annoying as I have to re-find the place I was looking at. I checked to see if there was an update, but there was not. As much as we pay for Bob Rogers services, you’d think the simple app would work as expected.

There is no way to recover your credentials. Then, when you try to chat with someone, it won’t work. I’ve tried different times during different days.

App didn’t do what it’s supposed to
The app was supposed to allow me to chat and track my child while out of state on a trip, all it did was let me view photos they uploaded. Very displeased with this app.
