Run! Predatory App!
The advertising is a complete lie. I was offered a seven day free trial with the option to pay $199 for the whole year. Great we are a family of theatre lovers!
Not only were there only 4 or 5 actual broadway titles and very little else.
When I went to active the trial my credit card was charged $299 (no free trial and $100 more than advertised.
Going into the account, after signing up the amounts were drastically different.
When you look for a cancellation link it says "contact Apple" luckily Apple look after customers so I got my money back.
Otherwise there is no live customer support (just a bot who says "you can cancel for next year's billing". This app needs to be investigated and completely removed.
Update: Received a response saying they don't offer a free trial. Not what the Amazon listing says!
Although now when you click on the Amazon link it's no longer available, seems like they remove scammy streamers.

Horrible
Donβt sign up for this. Itβs ridiculously hard to cancel a subscription. Apparently once youβve subscribed you canβt unsubscribe. Still trying to figure out how to get out of this.
App not opening
Any time I open the app it shows the opening screen , and then blacks out and closes. In general, the iPhone app is quite clunkyβ¦

If your whole point is to make theatre accessible why make it a subscription only thing??? Smh
