Can’t even register
Tried to register on the website and it keeps refreshing not allow me to register. Tried it on the app and it keeps saying my number is incorrect. Yet I doubled checked it and it is fine.

Customer service, Terrible, why cause my autistic child played on my phone did a bid on a product and when this company called me I told them I did not place a bid, this company gave me a bad rating and Bob Shop supports them, after I emailed back explaining they still support this company so we can see what kind of company Bob shop

App is full of bugs.
Poor customer service
Bud or buy automatically re listed items from a seller after someone else had won them. The seller confirmed this. Bid or buy simply closed the ticket without resolving the issue.
Not to mention bobbucks taking 2 days to clear?

Great platform, crappy app
This has got to be the worst app for one of the greatest platforms out there. I cannot understand how such a strong platform can diminish their brand and standing with such a poor release.
The app is missing some basic features or is making it really hard to find, for example looking at the bidding history. The app is incredibly slow, with lagging all over the place - even in menus or when clicking on actions. For example, it often happens that one clicks on the favourite button multiple times thinking its not responding, only to realise its added then removed then added then removed the item again. When its not slow it either becomes completely unresponsive to the point that nothing is clickable and the app needs to be restarted and the entire user journey started from scratch. Or it just bombs out and closes by itself.
Huge disappointed since the bid or buy platform is great. Just not on app.

Could do with bug fixing
It’s ok but lots of small bugs make it frustrating to use. I didn’t have this with the old app:
When I have a long list of items to look at, after a short time of looking at details and switching back to the list it stops scrolling down so I can’t see any more items (list has 1000 items but won’t scroll past the first 50 or so).
Links from mail never open in the right place in the app, e.g. the offer screen.
Can’t group watchlist by seller to see how many items are still open from the same seller.
Etc.

As of this latest update, the app crashes immediately on any task you attempt to do. It used to work fine for me prior to this version but now ……. wham, bam, crash !

Great app. Suggestion
It would be great to have an indication on closed auction whether they sold or not. Maybe consider placing something that says: “sold to another member” or “did not sell”

Keeps on crashing. Pretty pointless if your app is unstable.

The app keeps on closing down, its very slow and not very user friendly!
Pretty good and getting better
Big fixes and accessibility have improved. But it will take a little more time for the app to be as accessible and intuitive as eBay. I would really give it 4.5 stars but it is on the 5 star trajectory.
Push notifications
Great app , but allow users to choose what notifications they want to received ! It’s annoying to get promo push notifications when they are not wanted !

Why no PayPal
The absence of PayPal as a payment option has caused me (and my bank) considerable wasted time. Visa Debit created currency confusion. Almost debited R140 as £140, not ~£8. I’m in UK, where almost all sellers offer PayPal on EBay - by far the most convenient. Please add to your site.
