I’m in same boat

I bought this as a one time purchase and I can’t access it anymore. I either want it fixed or my money back. I’ve been wasting so much time trying to figure out how to fix this and contact somebody about this.

Don’t waste your money! Even after purchasing the mont access, I cannot download any of the videos. What a waste!

Hello,
I’m not happy with some of the songs. Chubby cheeks - sends the wrong message. I would like a refund. I have deleted the app from my child’s iPad.
