I bought this as a one time purchase and I can’t access it anymore. I either want it fixed or my money back. I’ve been wasting so much time trying to figure out how to fix this and contact somebody about this.

App not working after making infinity payment
I made a payment for the infinity plan on sept 02 this year .and now the app is no more working and it’s asking for subscription . I am not happy with this . This is deception .i cant make payment and still not get the service ,this is really bad .

I read the reviews but thought, well, I need Bob for a plane ride. Well, nothing works on my iPad. None of the videos are viewable, and none of them are downloadable (not that that would matter, as they are not viewable anyway). They need to withdraw this from the App Store until things are fixed. Don’t waste your time!

My grandson loves this app but it won’t start up. Please find a way to fix it. As of now we are going through other means to get it.
Bought the subscription
I just bought the life subscription for the plane ride so that my child can watch it offline, the app does not work anymore on my iPhone in fact it does not even open at all. The. On my iPad every-time I try to do restore purchase it says it purchase restore completed but nothing happen. I want my money back!

Worked lovely when I paid year subscription. However since latest update it just locks and won’t open at all
Subscription is not working
I did the monthly subscription so I could download for my plane ride and it’s not working! It says completed, I got charged, I tried to restore. Every time I push download it says I need to subscribe... so I try again and it says I already am subscribed.

Unable to use
Bought for my child who loves the videos . Went to download on their iPad and says I need to buy another lifetime subscription. Making it pointless that it’s on my phone.defeats the purpose would have tried their other app but already lost 15$ on this
