Very slow & confusing
The app is really confusing and annoying ! I pretty sure I am not the only one who has this problem with the app. Because I spoke to other users about and they said a lot about the issue with the app!! 🙈 I Don’t like it ! Is no bueno… maybe the best thing to do is do a google training session to all users and maybe, maybe we can have another option about the app.

Inspection
The inspector came did not ring the bell at the gate did not open. The gate did not come to the door, but she canceled the inspection and gave me a new date. I’m in the house. I’m right in the house. Unbelievable.

Won’t load
White screen that says Bob. Won’t do anything else. I checked to make sure the app is updated. Still doesn’t work.
Needs work
When I first downloaded this app for the first few months, it seemed to work very well but now that I’ve had it for almost a year whenever I go on the app to do anything it’s just a blank white screen that just says Bob for days it doesn’t take me anywhere else. I have to uninstall weight like a week reinstall the app and then it’ll work for just a few hours and then it’ll do the same thing I hate this app now and I wish that they would go back to the old-school way of doing things without this app

Horrible app bugs need fixing
This app hardly ever works. All I get is the Bob ice cream and nothing ever changes. I can’t even look into my RTA’s or find tenants as a landlord. Please fix this app because it is the worst app ever.
Disappointed
This site seems to be incomplete with information. There’s a lack of updated resources/apartments listed. Also communication between tenants and housing employees are delayed. My packet has been submitted by property owner and there have not been any correspondence from the NHA. No receipt of any documents nor an inspection date listed. This can result in me losing out on this unit. The property owner can get frustrated with the amount of time it’s taking NHA to get back with them.

Terrible
Since I did the update, this APP will not open at all. For a person needing housing, this is the death knell. Got an invite and cannot even get into the App to complete it. It’s just awful!
Worst App Ever
The only way this app could be better is if they were completely shut down. I waited a MONTH to get the RFTA from the landlord. It was sent in on December 30, 2025. The RFTA section says “nothing found”. My voucher expires on February 1, 2026. I’ve asked them to fix the RFTA issue and give me one of the three promised extensions. This is fraud, since they have ignored my requests. Their turnaround time on support tickets are to take 2-3 days. I’ve been ignored for WEEKS. More fraud. Public housing authorities would do well to avoid using this fraudulent service.

Barely functional
The bugs are horrendous and prevent me from submitting parts and applications. I tap submit, it won’t submit. I tap to sign, I get a blank page. I tap for community? 505 error. There are so many freaking bugs it’s ridiculous. I do everything suggested to see if it works. Nothing. Pathetic

I am understanding the Bob.ai app better and learning a lot. I like it, also.
Poor communication
Bob.ai has very poor communication. There are no real people to resolve issues . The app is frustrating to use.
