BOBCLASS is a great app for studio owners. I own my own gym with multiple instructors. It is clear and easy to use and efficient. I’ve been using it for many years to grow my business & the customer service is TOP. I highly recommend using BOBCLASS!

Nous utilisons Bobclass depuis plusieurs années pour notre studio, et c’est clairement le meilleur choix que nous ayons fait. Nous gérons 5 coachs et 4 activités différentes sans aucune complexité inutile — l’ergonomie est vraiment au rendez-vous.
Ce qui fait la différence, c’est le support : Rob est réactif et règle le moindre problème rapidement. On se sent accompagné, pas juste “client”.
Côté tarif, c’est imbattable par rapport à la concurrence. Les autres logiciels du marché facturent des options dont on n’a tout simplement pas besoin. Bobclass va à l’essentiel, et c’est exactement ce qu’il faut pour ce type de structure.
Je le recommande sans hésiter à tous ceux qui gèrent un studio ou une salle de coaching.

Exceptional support!
I have been using Bobclass for nearly 10 years now. I rely on the App totally for all of my booking and client details as a Pilates teacher. My worst nightmare happened recently when all of my data disappeared, I had been using the App offline and was sure I had lost everything. I contacted Rob and after a couple of days he and his team were able to retrieve everything and all of my data is now safely stored in the cloud. Rob has always responded very quickly to any problems or questions that I’ve had and I really can’t recommend Bobclass highly enough!

Great Customer Support
Had some difficulties with the recent update, and the crew at Bobclass kept me in the loop through emails until the problem was resolved. I really appreciate their efforts.

Stopped working
The app logged me out. I have lost my whole entire client list and all their information. When i reached out to customer service via email, they said they can’t help unless i pay for monthly subscription. My business relies on this app. I have no other way to get my information. Without this i will lose a lot of money for this month. I have no other way to track my clients. I wouldn’t suggest anyone use this app. You’ll have no customer service support. They won’t even send me an email to reset my password.

Hi Jamil, I do not think it is fair to blame us for losing your data. In 2020 all accounts were migrated to a new cloud and you have been reminded at least three times to take action. Essentially, you have been using the old cloud for the last 3 years. And we never said we can't help "unless...", we just urged you to subscribe to prevent this from happening again in the future. It was technically simply not possible to recover your data, as it ran on a deprecated database. We would have helped you (even without being a paying customer) if we could, trust me. Running a business on local storage only without customer support (which is for paying customers only, just like in any other business) is a business risk that we do not recommend. If you like to reengage with us, then the door is open and we're happy to help you set things up properly.

Best booking system I’ve found
I’m a personal trainer and this system has made my working life much easier and more organised. I can easily book/cancel clients, with follow up texts to confirm this. I can set different payments up, send reminders to people who are due to pay soon and keep track of how many sessions they have or how long they have until their payment expires. I used to spend much more time doing admin with client payments, this app has saved me valuable time and allowed me to be more professional. The customer service and technical support is top drawer. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed.
The app may be a good app but you can’t use it If “in app purchases” is not enabled. Thats crap. All you get is the dam pop up “in app purchases not enabled” so far USELESS APP.
Yes I have in app purchases enabled and will not disable it. NO app should force you to disable/enable any setting to use it. Especially in app purchases.

Consequence free, the kind of people who get their kicks out of leaving snarky reviews without ever really being interested. People who never create anything. As a personal trainer and dance instructor offering numerous options for purchasing sessions in bulk, I have found this app to be extremely helpful. Not only does it help distinguish between different services provided as well as locations and instructors, but it also keeps count of my clients’ sessions and tells me how many they have used and when it’s time for them to purchase more. I would highly recommend this app!

Fantastic App ... Fantastic Value!!
This is the app I have been waiting for ! After spending hundreds of dollars each month on studio management software I finally found the app that does everything I need for only $12!!

Has made my life so much easier. Allows my students to book themselves in and I can keep track of classes and payments. Easy to use and customer service super quick to get back about any questions.

We have reviewed a few class booking systems and this one takes the crown in customer support (even at the trial phase), features such as self-serve app for your clients, and experience technical team. We've looked no further after dealing with Bobclass

Fantastic for Private Students
I have been using this app for many years. It’s an amazing way to run a private teaching studio. I’m able to attach sheet music via any cloud drive linked to my iCloud, and have a lesson book that I can simply email to my students after each lesson.
