Made an early morning booking for a flight. Seemed easy enough, but the time came around and, nothing. Thankfully someone from uber was nearby. Half way to the airport i get a notification the booking had been accepted, then like 20 minutes late im getting phone calls. Why even bother having a booking option

No support
Can’t change email used ten years ago and can’t access the app. Zero support for clients!
Great app.
The car dealer used Bobs to give me a ride. It was great to watch the car on its way to me. The system even called me to say the taxi was almost here. Great to support local business and not a multi national with profits going outside the country.
Eta function is useless
At booking ETA said 5 mins. A reasonable person would figure 3-15 mins maybe a tad more is possible. 63 mins for notification that cab has been assigned. Come on 63 min on a 5 min ETA???? Just tell me 45-60 mins and I’ll make other arrangements. If your gunna put a time frame option on their make sure it works. You are just telling me 5 mins so I’ll use your service. Be truthful. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Late to work twice because of ETA
If the ETA is so inaccurate that a 5 minute ETA ends up being 30 minutes just remove the feature until it’s more accurate. I was late to work twice because I trusted the 5 minute ETA giving myself a 15 minute window for the cab to accept but no one accepted me. I get that this is a new app but don’t make false promises!

Let us use casino for Dartmouth to Dartmouth
Booked a cab and was cancelled after 20 minutes. Never given another cab. Needed to call Casino and lie about our destination to get home. So ridiculous, can’t wait till we have uber.
Unable to register
The verification code simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried on at least four occasions and the result is the same.

Every time I try and register input my phone number in it sends a code then it rejects the code and won’t let me register
Absolutely useless
No advantage to app over calling, you’ll still never get a cab. Bring on Uber.

When you enter destination, it wont search. Wont look up the place you are trying to find. So disappointing

Unable to create account because verification code never arrives
After entering the user’s personal data on the account creation screen, the app asks the user to enter their “Verification Code”.
I assume this is supposed to be sent to the user via SMS or email, but it never arrives.

This app is terrible. It won’t let me change the payment option from cash to debit and oftentimes doesn’t move past the ‘booking’ stage. Should’ve left it on OneLocal
