Avoid this service for your own safety and sanity
The issues with this service go far beyond just the mobile app, which is poorly designed and fails in many scenarios. The real concerns lie with the drivers themselves:
1. Speeding—sometimes up to 25-30 km/h over the limit—paired with reckless tailgating, even in parking lots.
2. Frequent disregard for seatbelt safety, putting both drivers and passengers at serious risk.
3. Improper and excessive use of high beams, which blinds other drivers and creates hazardous conditions. In my experience, the majority of high-beam misuse comes from taxi drivers.
4. Disregard for basic traffic rules, such as running stop signs.
While the app itself is subpar, the bigger issue is the danger these drivers pose on the road. The combination of poor app functionality and reckless driving behavior makes this service impossible to recommend until serious changes are made to prioritize safety and quality.
