Tired of the app asking to verify my account with a phone number every day and it doesn’t even send the verification code
Can't sign up on iPhone
After phone pin, where you ask for first and last name, I cannot go ahead.
Lack of reliability
I pre booked through the app, only to find out when I called the cab company that they could only accommodate my request if I paid a $25 surcharge. The dispatch line informed me they cancelled my ride, but I continued to get push notifications informing me ‘my cab was on the way’. This app would be useful if it was properly integrated with the system the dispatch line uses. Definitely would not recommend using this app or company if you need a ride.
