It’s nice that I can just pick up my order when I order from my phone. No need to wait in line! Definitely recommend the app.
App is poor
I love BEC and shop there all the time. The app does not update well. It shows I have 50% off smoothies after a large supplement purchase but the cart does not reflect the discount. This is annoying

Constantly need to delete and reinstall the app. Double charged for my orders. Missing orders. They need to fix the app on the backend. It’s not reliable

I wish the dietary information and common allergies were listed on the smoothie menu as I ordered a smoothie with ‘coconut yoghurt’ assuming it was dairy free, but it hurt my tummy so guessing it had dairy in it.
The smoothies are the best, and are now easier to find. The search function has been improved and I like that you can save your favorites. It used to be a lot harder to find a particular flavor. So thanks for improving the app!

The app constantly has new issues popping up. I can’t even use it half the time. Coming from a software engineer, whoever made this app needs to be fired.
