Cannot edit an entry or draw a line graph

All I wanted was a small app to log temperature ratings and visualize them over time on a line graph, exactly what this app purports to do. App always defaults to Celsius and could not be edited after accidentally logging a nonsensical temp. of 99 C. I also have no idea what data the line chart is using as nothing is labeled. This looks like a budding programmer’s first school assignment and they did not get a good grade. At least it doesn’t collect personal information, I think.
