Needs Lots of Work
This app was difficult to use. It does not allow you to go back in and edit if you enter a custom exercise like a stretch. If you accidentally click both instead of right or left, you have to go and create a whole new entry, which is ridiculous. My exercises that are done in a series are not entered correctly because the app does not allow me to change the time to be anything less than two minutes per exercise, which is not what is taught in the instructor manual. It took a lot of time and I’m really just frustrated because my class plan isn’t what and is limited by this app’s capabilities. I have not tried to use it yet yet but it’s not looking promising right now.

If you don’t enter the supersets as you’re entering in the exercises, it will not allow you to go back through and add a super set.
Several times it erased the entire block just by me, trying to move an exercise up or down in the lineup.
There is no beep halfway through. I feel like I’m going to have to stare at my watch in order to properly cue.
Music is not controllable from the app.
I am using An Apple Watch Ultra. I honestly prefer Seconds Pro. There are way more features. I do feel like this app looks cleaner in appearance. Any notes that I add do not display in the app when I’m doing the class.
On the plus side, I do love how the exercise exercises are listed in here, but I wish there was also a corresponding app that I can add to my MacBook to build these classes and then send them to my phone. It’s really not very user-friendly to create the classes on the phone. I think it will be a good app eventually I just don’t think it’s there yet.
