Bodycamp is the only App for me!
I have been a member since Jay started Bodycamp, and I must say I love it. There is something for everyone and whilst I cannot commit to a daily session, there is always something for me to source and enjoy however I am feeling that day.
Bodycamp is a brilliant App and Jay is an excellent trainer and has a fabulous personality and makes you want to go that extra mile.

Jay is a superb PT. He talks you through the exercises properly, pushes you and provides banter at the same time.

Good to be back.
Haven’t been able to train for months but at last I can. Sadly put on weight and not as stronger. This is day one of the journey I have missed with Jay.

Not the best
I love Jay his energy & training style but I found the app isn’t very organised everything was all over the place. It also glitched constantly, I had to keep closing the app down and then jumping to where I was in the workout which happened mid set as you can imagine that’s highly annoying! A 45 min workout ended up being over an hour.
