Fix the app
Good scale when the app decides to work which is 1 out 10 times. Without the app it’s just a very expensive scale with no data.
Was good now useless
I used to use the scales very frequently. Now the App has completely failed. I uninstalled, reinstalled it, and put the correct password in. Incidentally ‘Recover password’ does not work. No email response received. Yes, spam checked. Yes, the phone powered off and restarted. When enter correct email address + password it just produced a frozen green screen. My advice DO NOT waste your money buying the scales until they have the App working properly again. Bitterly disappointed now.

Extra Family Member Sharing Issue
I like the app and features overall for myself since I am the primary account holder but other family members do not see the same benefits like I do. They do not login to a dashboard where they can see historical charts like I can. I feel like this used to be a feature but now additional family members have less data they are able to track. Can an enhancement request be to make it easier to switch users and still share all the same views and benefits as the primary user?

Scale is great but I don’t see no calendar to track progress.. also be great if it had insights to help improve where your body hits negative points to achieve fitness goals

Can’t login after updated this APP
Worthless junk
Will not pair to my iPhone, which I have had zero issues pairing other devices to. No “settings” gear. Have deleted and re-installed app. Junk junk junk. My $23 body composition scale from Amazon works fine. Suggest you get one of those.

Outdated App
As most have said, the hardware is great, and the app needs a major UI redesign. It could be fantastic if they invested into making the app great.

First time that I used the app, it worked perfectly. the second time that I try to weigh myself app won’t sync the results…
BodyPedia Scale
Scale started playing up after 1 year, tried to contact company for warranty replacement, their communication is very poor. Don’t recommend buying this scale even if the design is good, the scale doesn’t work long term and the company reactivity is poor.
I Like The Scale, But…
I purchased the scale in August 2024 and still use it enthusiastically, but there are some issues I'd like to raise. In the past couple of years, I have purchased enough scales to open my own shop. The last one was a Withings. Invariably, I wind up giving them away. Yours is my primary scale, and I use the Withings for comparison's sake.
The recent upgrade performance has been spotty. After giving me my weight, I realized it doesn't always complete the biometric process to 100%. It freezes.
I entered my age incorrectly, and despite getting through the confirmed stage, I have not been able to correct it.
The upgrade has helped with some things that had me scratching my head a bit. Historical data presentation has improved, and the graphics are more user-friendly.
My recommended weight is 195, but I can't enter my desired weight. The last time I was 195 or less was 20 years ago.
I do love your product and look forward to future improvements.

Apple Health sync stopped working after Jan’25 update
Fantastic product and support!
I had written a two star review after the update of 1/2/25, but I am changing my assessment. The developers worked with me on the problem I was having, and they fixed the issue. The scale and app are working perfectly. I have bought 3 other scales. This is the only one that is accurate. If you want a scale that is accurate, measures you, and lets you know what’s going on inside of you buy this scale!

Not liking the new version
I’m not saying the old version is great but I’m not too keen on the color scheme in the new version either. Some texts use very light color against a background of another very light color so that makes things hard to read.
Speaking of that, please add dark mode—the app is pretty colorful, maybe a bit too colorful. I think dark mode would make it look nicer.
One thing that bugs me in the new version is, in the trend view, the year trend only shows the current year, not the rolling year. So 2025 doesn’t show any trend at all. The old version shows the past 12 months. Please fix this.

The update as of 1/2/25 is broken
The app and scale were working perfectly. Until the update. rNow the scale is not recognised by the app. When reinstalled, the Reese measurements are taken, but the app freezes with the 100% circle completed, and it won’t let you see the results.
