Not right.
The only reason I have this app is because the creator I purchased the program from six years ago has it on this app. I paid for the subscription years ago from her, now you’re charging me money to access a program I’ve already purchased. I literally used it yesterday. And now you’re trying to force me to pay for something I bought a lifetime access to. On top of that there is a 404 error saying I have to purchase again to access my account, when I try to access my account it won’t let me log in, it just continuously brings up the error code. This app is awful, do not recommend on any level. If I ever get access again I’m saving my program and then deleting the app indefinitely.

Unable to Use Plans?
In 2019 I purchase Taylor Dilk’s workouts. All of them. I was told I would have access to them on this app. Fast forward to the end of 2020 and I am completely unable to see the most of the plans I purchased. I can only see the plan I was in the middle of before I stopped working out. I’ve sent numerous emails and I have yet to hear back. I basically wasted my money since I can’t access the workouts. Save your energy. It really isn’t worth it to get this app.

App always crashes
The workouts are great but this app is absolute garbage. Is crashes every time I try to use it and I often can’t get it to open to view my workout. I’ve reached out to customer service and the never responded.
Waste of Money
Honestly, I’ve tried to cancel my subscription to this app twice now. It’s not worth the money and customer service is TERRIBLE.
Problems with the app
The app continues to not work or open. So I have to delete from my phone and reopen it. I have to use this app for the programs I bought through another fitness app. Very frustrating!!

I bought this subscription because I wanted to do the EMOMS. The EMOMS themselves were great; but the app is atrocious. I have been trying for over 6 months to cancel my subscription and I can’t find information on it anywhere. It’s really sketchy to make it so incredibly hard to cancel. I can’t find information on the app, the website, or google. I finally just sent them and “inquiry” on the website explaining and asking them to cancel my membership ASAP. I thought that solved it but I’ve just been charged again. I’m at a loss. I sent a second inquiry but I suppose my next line of action is to call my bank and block them. Moral of the story - if you sign up, just know that they are trying to lock you in for life, apparently.

Awesome app! Really enjoyed it. The costumer service has been great since the new owners came in. Would recommend it to everyone I know.
AWFUL
I signed up for this because I follow taylor dilk on instagram and I love her workouts. I found myself not using the app after 8 months and it is quite a steep price to keep paying. I keep reaching out to customer service to cancel with NO ANSWER BACK! this is AWFUL, they should be ashamed of themselves. I cant afford to keep paying for this but somehow the only option to cancel is to email an address that NOBODY ANSWERS.

DO NOT PURCHASE
Unless you want to pay for this subscription for the rest of your life, DO NOT BUY THIS SUBSCRIPTION!!!! I have been attempting to cancel my subscription for more than two months now. 1. Their app doesn’t work where you can request cancellation. 2. I have sent dozens of emails to their customer service email as listed on their app with no response. 3. I have also reached out to one of the trainers who have their workout plans on this app and they haven’t been able to reach this company or their CEO. This app should be deleted from the App Store because the option to terminate your subscription is non-existent. Do NOT waste your time or money.

They are still charging me every month although I asked for my subscription to be cancelled. This is FRAUD and should be treated accordingly!!!
It’s a scam
The workouts in the app are trash. I’m not even a certified personal trainer and I could create better workouts than what is in the app. I’ve been trying to cancel via their directions, BIG SURPRISE that you can’t cancel through Apple, and I have not had my emails returned by customer service. Spend your money elsewhere. This app is basically fraudulent and Apple should remove it.

I have emailed them three times now about cancelling my subscription and have heard nothing for 2 months now. I have found no other way to contact them other than their email which they don’t respond to.
Awful customer service
While the programs on the app are great, I’m super disappointed in the lack of communication with customer service. I’ve had issues with the timer on the app and the program I was following had a timed workout every week, so basically it says I haven’t completed a full week and have a lot of missing workouts all because of the timer. Customer service didn’t get back to me after 3 months so I finally decided I’m going to stop using the app and to my surprise I’m not even able to cancel my subscription. I’ve followed the steps it has told me and it didn’t work. I’ve left messages for them and emails and after weeks have still not heard back.

Customer Service Who?
I’ve emailed customer service and the girl who sent me my access email (4 days after I signed up when it said 24 hours) 3 times and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I got charged immediately before even being given a free trial and there isn’t any nutritional info on the app, which is mostly why I signed up because it says on the website that feature is available. I signed up because Taylor Dilk has programs on there and I love her on IG. But this totally disappointed me. Can’t wait to see how long it will take to cancel my subscription. Not to mention, you can’t even log in on their website to access the nutrition part that isn’t available on the app.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app after about 2 weeks- the workouts just weren’t that great. I was charged for the app again several months later. I have reached out to customer support 3x and reached out to the trainers for the app as well. Never heard back. Don’t get yourself into the mess that myself and several others are in.

Terrible customer service
I tried to cancel the trial but could not do so through the app or the website so I sent two emails explaining the situation and they never got back to me and then I saw a charge on my credit card. Terrible customer service.
STAY AWAY - NO WAY TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
I have emailed the company so many times and they won’t cancel my membership. My subscription isn’t showing in my iTunes and I have no way to cancel the payment - I don’t want to use the app anymore. PLEASE STOP TAKING MONEY FROM ME.
