B.O.G. Squad

B.O.G. Squad is the app for BOGs, the boots on the ground who do property jobs for real estate investors. JOBS NEAR YOU Tell us the area you cover and get approved. Walk throughs, occupancy and vacant property checks, lock changes, lockbox and key jobs, meeting inspectors and appraisers, lawn mowing, snow removal, winterizing, cleanouts and more show up on your phone. ACCEPT OR BID IN ONE TAP Some jobs come straight to you. Others open for bids: save your usual prices once, then send a bid in one tap. Other BOGs never see your bid. ONE STEP AT A TIME Check in at the property, then follow the checklist one step per screen. Take photos and video with the in app camera, scan documents, capture signatures, and just talk: what you say is written up for the investor. PRIVATE AND SAFE Your phone number and email stay private. Message and video call the investor right in the app, and report or block anyone. BUILD YOUR REPUTATION Every finished job adds to your star rating and job count. Investors save their favorite BOGs, and favorites get first shot at their bids. Send your invoice from the app and get paid directly. Tips go 100% to you. B.O.G. Squad asks for your location only while you use the app, to suggest your area and confirm you are at the property. It never tracks you in the background. Terms of Service: https://bog-walkthrough-production.up.railway.app/terms.html
