There is no tracking details in my orders, no option to contact seller or customer support to check on my order status
Worst customer service ever
My experience with this platform has been extremely disappointing. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility for the poor quality of the product I received. Despite providing clear evidence, I was met with generic responses and no real support. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. I would advise anyone considering a purchase here to proceed with caution.

paid in full and then the item gets cancelled, and the other is taking forever to arrive. i expect the items to be delivered on the date written when i ordered.
