Few changes and this app is gonna be phenomenal
These are few things that I noticed this clothing app lacks, and if they add them it’s gonna skyrocket their profits , as people would be able to easily find the products they need and how long it’s going to take to get them!
1- please put the expected time for delivery
2- make a button for Following our favorite stores
3- put more detailed filters
4- filters in happy customers too

طلبت عباه وعقب ساعتين اكتشفت ان الصور مسروقه من اكاونت مصممه ثانيه و بعد مارفعت طلب اكنسل انرفض الطلب و اكدو لي انه بيوصلني نفس الصوره.
حاولت اتواصل وياهم عالايميل قالوا لي بنصعد الموضوع للاداره وسحبوو علي ومحد رد!!! وعقب طرشولي العباه وحرفيا الكوالتي خايس ومب نفس الصوره وبعد رفضو طلب الاسترجاع!!!!😊😊😊😊😊

ما انصح التعامل معهم طلبت عباه وعلى اساس توصل خلال 4 ايام وبعد 7 ايام كلمتهم خبروني العباه مش متوفره واسترداد المبلغ بعد 45 يوم المفروض اذا منتج مش موجود يكتبون مش متوفر

Upsetting experience
Customer service is the worst! Trying to frame me wrong and very disrespectful.
One of the abayas I ordered was damaged and the other was a bad quality.. and they refused an exchange or a refund even though I followed their terms and conditions that were clarified in the application.
Waste of time and money! Not recommended..

لا يستحق تضييع نقودك .
تطبيق جدا سيء ، ما اعاود الكرّة واطلب منهم نهائياً ، طلبيتي طلعت تالفة واريد استرجعها وعلى طول تواصلت معهم من يوم استلام الطلب ولكن تعامل خدمة العملاء كان سيء ولقيت التجاهل وعدم الرد ولمده شهر تقريبا مافي رد على ايميلاتي !!!

The app is an great idea but sadly the shops are cheating on costumers with higher prices than on their own websites. There is shops where u pay almost double or more for the item on Boksha than on the website of the designers. I addressed this issue a lot of times to Boksha but nothing changes. So sadly I can recommend anyone to buy from the app without having checked on the designers Instagram or website for the price before. Designers should get banned when violating the price guarantee.
