Bad quality and bad customer service for the refund and return items
Few changes and this app is gonna be phenomenal
These are few things that I noticed this clothing app lacks, and if they add them it’s gonna skyrocket their profits , as people would be able to easily find the products they need and how long it’s going to take to get them!
1- please put the expected time for delivery
2- make a button for Following our favorite stores
3- put more detailed filters
4- filters in happy customers too

اسوا خدمة عملاء 💔
طلبت تعديل على عباية وكلمتهم مرتين وتقولي فهمت واخر شي وصلتني العباية بدون التعديل ،، العباية ب ١٠٠٠ ريال الحين بضطر انا اوديها اعدلها .. بحذف البرنامج الحين وشكرا 🥴💔
Upsetting experience
Customer service is the worst! Trying to frame me wrong and very disrespectful.
One of the abayas I ordered was damaged and the other was a bad quality.. and they refused an exchange or a refund even though I followed their terms and conditions that were clarified in the application.
Waste of time and money! Not recommended..

تطبيق جدا سيء ، ما اعاود الكرّة واطلب منهم نهائياً ، طلبيتي طلعت تالفة واريد استرجعها وعلى طول تواصلت معهم من يوم استلام الطلب ولكن تعامل خدمة العملاء كان سيء ولقيت التجاهل وعدم الرد ولمده شهر تقريبا مافي رد على ايميلاتي !!!
