Useless app with zero functionality. You can see daily bookings but cannot edit anything or see full calendar or details. Very frustrating
App is not user friendly
As a professional who always use FareHarbor, I have to say that this app is not user friendly. I don’t get notifications from new bookings, the calendar works only per day, you can’t edit anything, and it doesn’t give you the option to text the client, only to call them. The website itself is good, however the app has a lot of room for improvement. I will change my review once I see the improvements.

App Calendar is useless
Please redesign the calendar so you can see the entire month like a real calendar. The calendar on the app is terrible to use
Unresolved bug
The app does a good job of managing bookings. However, there is a fundamental bug which I reported a couple of weeks ago and has not been resolved. When viewing the scedule for a particular day it will display the correct day on the “Schedule List” page. When a particular timed event is selected it will display the guests for that event on a page entitled “Departure Details” but the displayed date will be one day earlier. This can be very confusing when trying to manage a busy schedule.
