Bold trail streams, simplifies
I love the new app! It works lot easier than the apps we’ve had in the past. I feel like this is really going to help.
Streamlining My Daily Workflow
The Streams app helps me while I’m on the go! I can use my BoldTrail CRM on my desktop and my Streams app on the go which feeds directly into my BoldTrail CRM. It makes adding in updates, notes, and tasks much easier so I don’t have to wait to manually enter things in on my desktop. It’s a much better UI as well than the old BT CRM app. Oh yeah, and I’m glad I can enable the face recognition instead of the annoying daily 2-factor / MFA you used to have to do with the old BT CRM app.

Not Functioning Correctly
It wouldn't allow me to create a task. It was as if the app locked up, but I was able to move backwards, just not forwards (to complete creating a follow up task).
Very good app
It makes me accountable to call my past and new clients.
Better faster
Works much better than the previous version and I am able to actually call using the app without having to use my own personal cell phone! 📱🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

I use streams on a daily base. The name says it all, Streams, streamlines my follow-up and keeps me engaged with my data base. User friendly platform at my fingertips. Updates syncs with BoldTrail. Great App!

The Streams app is about to be game changer. The Result of Systemic Mediocrity
This app is not ready for prime time. Myself, along with several of our agents were beta testers for the platform and the functionality and feature features have never been fully flushed out. It’s extremely buggy, prone to frequently crashes, field that don’t load properly or even function, doesn’t query your leads properly (if they even load at all), and don’t get me started on the “AI” part. It’s embarrassingly bad.
What has been evident over the last 12 months is that as an organization they are okay with what they think is good enough. As long as the old app is still available, I strongly encourage you to stick with it. Yes, it has its issues, but it’s a much more stable platform than this disaster.
