So convenient but glitchy
Love being able to easily do e signatures on the go, but when adding a signature field or trying to pan around through the document, it acts super buggy. Not easy to just click a text box into place and resize it where it needs to be. The page or text box starts twitching all over the place. 5 stars if it weren’t for this issue. Easier on desktop

No Help Here
This app and desktop have had the same ongoing issues for the last while entire year and I don’t think anybody works here. You can create a e-sign package on the desktop. You have to do it from the app. Some things you have to do from the app and some from the desktop. Very difficult to use and difficult to stay organized. I’m sure some things are nice but not the stuff I use on every transaction.

Not happy with update.
The app is pretty easy to use. However after I updated the app it keeps logging me out. It used to keep m continually logged in and I rarely had to renter the password.
As a DB it would be better if in the transaction summary it showed who the agent (buying or listing) was. And if the document email was in the summary as well.

Great app!
A lot of people in our brokerage use the app - both admin and agents- it’s great! Super handy for creating transactions as you receive them on the go, emailing documents on the go, double checking documents etc. flawless so far (we are about 3 months into using)
