Terrible CRM UI
Lofty is trying to be a one-stop shop combining your CRM, drip campaigns, marketing, website, landing pages, etc. and like other one-stop shop
Apps, it fails to deliver…at least on the CRM portion for which I primarily use it. The interface is over complicated and not intuitive at all. It has a white on white interface which often makes it impossible to know or guess where to touch to enter or search for things. You can’t tell what to do next once you have entered text. It doesn’t use protocols found on most other apps, like auto-capitalization for new lines or following a period. It makes you go through several steps over and over when it’s unnecessary. It’s extremely cumbersome for those that work on their mobile device a lot.
Additionally, they will make changes without notification or explanation, and then upon contacting support, will respond as though it’s you who are not using the app properly. And only upon repeatedly contacting them and providing evidence of the issue you’re having will they acknowledge that a software change has been made.

Complete Fraud

I had previously rated this app five stars. But in the last year, Lofty has gone downhill and fast. This platform is literally awful.
The app is so clunky and terrible to use. Customer support is a downright scam.
They upsell you every chance they get and they just take your money and charge your card at Will, then it’s impossible to reach them to correct the issue
I paid them $250 for an SCO service. They just simply never did it. I’ve been calling them. Emailing them and try and chat for three weeks now. Nobody answers, no one returns my messages. It’s literally impossible to get a hold of it.
They just take your money and don’t care. This is now the second time in a year I had to contest the charge with my bank.
I’m telling you, Lofty does not care, you think it won’t happen to you, but they will charge your car and you will never be able to reach them. They’ve done it with extra services, they’ve tacked on money on my bill, they do not care. They will do anything to squeak out a few bucks and you will never be able to reach them

The DIALER can’t DIAL!!!
Imagine having a phone system that does not let you make phone calls to numbers that are not previously saved as leads. THAT SUCKS!!
You Pay almost $100/month (almost $150 if you want to send text messages) and not being able to dial out text a random number.
Who and WHY would anyone call an app function “dialer”, but you can’t dial or text numbers?
I love almost everything else about Lofty, but not being able to dial a number for such a pricy app?!?! Can’t Dial…? REALLY?!?!…
Made me go back to Follow Up Boss, sadly.

Best CRM I’ve Used In Years
My Firm started working with Lofty a couple of years ago, but I recently made the switch back and the end of February and it has been a game changer for me. The smart plans that keep leads engaged, the ability to send my website out two different leads so that even if they’re not looking at the properties I have listed they’re looking at other properties through my site and they reached out to me to conduct showings and I love this future. I haven’t used every aspect of the plan but the AI is super super helpful. And can do a lot of functions, including writing emails and sending text messages on my behalf. I would recommend this to any Real Estate Agent. Looking to capture more leads and have them stay engaged.
