Confused About Card

I paid the $5.99 thinking the credit card was to be UNsecured. Turns out I was wrong and it’s a secured card instead. I wish it was a bit more clear beforehand that I’d have to load my own money onto the credit card

The informational screen in the app explains that the card requires you to load funds before spending. This allows you to safely spend from your own money, so there’s no risk of overspending or debt, while still growing your credit history. Bolster card

I have a bolster subscription and bolster secured card subscription but never received the card for use I then reported the secured card lost to have a new one sent out but instead the company deactivated my card subscription now I have a account that is attached to my credit profile with no activity being reported so my credit is in jeopardy of having a negative impact I continuously reached out to the support team and never hear anything back from them or receive any updates to my account about the card situation I just want to cancel out both subscription so it won’t affect my credit profile this company is a complete scam

Need a refund

Customer service or something needs to get in contact with me ASAP I need a refund this app is a scam apparently because every time I try to click on apply now to the bolster card it signs me out EACH AND EVERY TIME I want a refund on the subscription I brought
