Пожалуйста хотел попросить вас исправить баг с Apple Car Play, во время подключения перестает работать GPS трекинг на телефоне и перестают приходить звуковые уведомления по новых заказах. Поэтому большой процент пропущенных принятых заказов.

General public most of them don’t know who bolt is they know who uber is because they advertise I think if you did a advertisement campaign bolt would take over

Map

Why can’t you show the pick up and drop of on the app? It only shows pick up when receiving a request but not the drop off on the same map. It will help making decision easier and less cancellation

Früher war es deutlich besser

Navigation ist nicht mehr gut. Wenn man der Route abweicht tut es sich nicht aktualisieren. Es hängt dann einfach. Man muss die App schließen und neu öffnen damit die Route wieder aktualisiert. Und sobald ein Kunde storniert, dauert es bis man einen neuen Auftrag bekommt. Oder wenn man offline geht und dann wieder online, wird man vom System benachteiligt und bekommt nur kleine Aufträge oder Aufträge die an die Stadtgrenze bringt und man muss leer zurück fahren weil man keine Anschluss Fahrten bekommt. Man wird bestraft wenn man offline geht. Früher war Bolt sehr gut. Ich hoffe es wird bald wieder wie früher.

My opinion about Bolt in Georgia

Bolt app is workin better then other apps in Georgia , just fee is the very high 23,6 %, while other companies have less. Also there was illegal access to my profile few times and some there fore some function are blocked. But anyway I am using Bolt always

Stupid App

The app is really bad, the management is very worse they did not even have any concern for drivers there’s is just to collect there commission, rubbing drivers and reducing drivers scores, the app is just foolish, I have started disliking the app, please kindly remove the app, from the play store or Apple store they are worst....stupid people

I don’t understand why this company having good ratings. I am working as a driver and it is just annoying. Nobody listens from bolt management and their algorithm is terrible.

Just read this and update your app

Nice app to work with. But, please read this:

- Update your map. It is not as user friendly as you think (now it’s updated, well done)

-Show pick up and also drop off on the app. This will make drivers more likely to accept trips with bolt. ( you still have to solve this, I don’t accept trips blindly unless I’m familiar with the area and the post codes)

Those are my key concerns at the moment with bolt. If I’m taking the time to give you a review, I hope you take time to read it, and act accordingly. Ricky from London.

Worst customer service

I have tried uploading my private hire vehicle license, first they said its not valid then they said its valid and we will fix it but its been almost a month no reply from them , 2 conversations is opened currently but no one replying, very disappointed. Uber would have fix this issue in 1 hour

Low earning trip

Bolt earning trip is too
low especially when you have car branding bonus and unfair for the driver when trip is more than 10kms.

Need some improvements as it is not at its best

First of all the app needs update because whenever Driver goes to pick up a customer from the destination, the house number is always wrong. Second thing is, customer final destination postcode doesn’t appear on the app. Also, the tracking of Driver from the Customer app is not good because if the driver is going on a first job and he have accepted the second job in the journey the second Customer keep tracks of the Driver way or she is going and complains that you are not here. It should be restricted for Customer. Customer can only see if the Driver is free from the job. Also APP do not allow apple car play
