Hi you can improve app more like Uber style,
Customer service is wack
Anytime I encounter an issue with a passenger or with payment processing and I try reporting, the app limits the user to chat with a deranged robot who doesnt understand basic human language, but would tell me it understands my problem without offering any solution or compensation. It’s a far cry from quality
