Based at hs2 Euston I buy 3 meals a day with little or zero cash back or points I’ve emailed 3 times and raised the issue with kitchen manager on site, on her behalf she has raised the issue however nothing has been done ! Poor customer service.

Don't bother
Used the app for the first time yesterday. Put my details in , plus which site i'm on (cambridge) . Ordered my food and paid online. Gave it 10 minutes , still no chit came through, showed the server my order number and that i'd payed. He believed me and gave me my food order..
i rang the customer service number who eventualy answered after 3 attempts. She couldn't understand why my order didn't go through and would investigate and call me back , but never did.
I recieved a comfirmation email several hours later saying my order had gone to Align south portal van , where ever that is. I've even triple checked my details and updated my site to cambridge more than three times and it still says Align south portal van on my order for today. I have had enough of this joke app and is getting deleted once this review is posted.
