Could use improvements
You can no longer customize certain things. For example, you can no longer swap milks. I also think accepting Apple Pay for online orders is a must.
Unable to log in
Can’t use existing account to log in, lost my rewards, used a new email address, and now I’m unable to hit the “activate now” button that got sent to my email.
