Clunky design

You'd have to be a complete moron to design a charging cable like that for this Bond Touch 3 bracelet.

Apple Watch Taps Suck

When you use bond touch lite no matter what the tap originally was it ends up being only 0.5s each tap for a maximum of 8s even though w/ the bracelet it can be a much longer and for up to 16s. So you’re forced to make all your messages half a second bursts if you are going to share with someone who has an Apple Watch because even if they make it longer, you won’t notice on watch. Not a good feature. Wish I knew before spending $55 CAD on lifetime subscription…

UPDATE YOUR APP!

The connection and transfer of buzzes is so incredibly inconsistent and the fact that you have to pen the app to use it is atrocious. False advertising a product that doesn’t work half the time them try to scam people in to a paid subscription that’s not even worth the extra cost. I understand you’re a DEI company but seriously you have to have one person in there with a brain.

Love this but…

With the secret chat I can never get the pictures it constantly says retry retry

Great gift

I bought one for myself and will get one for my husband for Father’s Day. It would be better if you could add a recording instead of always needing an actual person. Our 8 month old passed away in January due to heart defects and we can’t add his heartbeat because the app has to have them be “live”. Otherwise, super great so far!
