I bought one for myself and will get one for my husband for Father’s Day. It would be better if you could add a recording instead of always needing an actual person. Our 8 month old passed away in January due to heart defects and we can’t add his heartbeat because the app has to have them be “live”. Otherwise, super great so far!

App no longer loads
As others have said - app no longer loads and just says on blue screen. Despite the replies to other reviews - this is ONGOING and was not a temporary issue. I am STILL experiencing this and unable to use.
Laggy
Was solid until the most recent update with the upsell on location tracking, now when you type a message it’s so laggy you can pull your fingers back and watch the words type themselves. Other than that it works fine and we like the way it works with the bracelets. And no it’s not my phone, brand new iPhone 17 Pro. Yes the app has been restarted.

I recorded my mother’s heart beat 4 hours before she passed…. Received the bond heart necklace a few days later!! I only take it off to shower!! This has helped me so much with my grief….

Hey so me and my have been using these bracelets for over a year now and the private chat thing isn’t working anymore it won’t let me in I have tried changing the password or the code and every time I try to open it it say something went wrong and I have to go out of the app and go back in but other than that the app works fine

My review
My boyfriend got us these bracelets to stay more connected while we’re long distance atm, I love the app and all that but. Every time I go to reconnect my bracelet after I charge it I always have a tough time, not sure why. And occasionally I’ll see the notification for taps, but not receive them unless I sit in the app. Which sucks because that’s the whole point of these bracelets to use them when you cannot be on your phone.

Great product. Connection sucks
I can’t keep this thing connected to my phone for more than a few hours, if it dies or I turn off and on my Bluetooth, I first need to remove it from my Bluetooth devices and re-pair it through the app to get it working again. Likely an iOS issue since my partner hasn’t had any issues with his android phone

Since the last iPhone update the Bluetooth connection has been off an on. iPhone 16 pro and iPhone 15 pro.

Hello there Hope you are well, attempt to check you apple purchases history and subscriptions and see if you can cancel the subscription and request a refund directly! You can use Subscription on your apple phone menu.

I love this app I only paid for the monthly subscription rn to try out but I’ll definitely be getting the 50$ lifetime subscription! It’s so easy to set up n I love I can use my Apple Watch
It’s Okay Secret Photos Broken
Generally the app is decent, but in a recent update the secret photos and chat have broken and now stay forever even though they’re supposed to clear every 24 hours. If you fix this glitch I will give full stars

App won’t open just a blank screen after paying the lifetime subscription.
Good when it works
The app just randomly stopped opening. The logo comes up, but then just a blank blue screen. I don’t like it

UPDATE* customer service is still unreliable. If you have the first version upgrade it thy don’t update them anymore and they are bugged.
Remember these few things before spending $140 on these.
1. No matter how hard you try customer service is a run around
2.they do not stay connected no matter how active you are with them.
3.Your touches may or may not go through you have to open the app to confirm most of the time.
4. You will most likely spend more time asking the person if they got it instead of just receiving one back
5.The material last maybe 6 months so buy extra chargers and bands ( You can find knock offs that are way stronger for less)
6. If you so much as step away from your phone the possibility of it reconnecting is like 3% so check constantly
Just a few things that should be honestly disclosed with you before buying hope this helps.
The idea is amazing we love it but we spend more time fighting this thing then using it.

The app always has to stay open in order for the device to works. That is really annoying!
App isn’t working ..
I tried setting up my account and every time I open the app it’s a completely blank screen. It won’t let me do anything or press on anything. There is obviously a bug. I wish I could set up my device. So annoying. 😐
