COULD NOT SUB FOR BROCCOLI
I ordered the bourbon salmon and tried to take off the vegetable but sub broccoli. It did not allow that. So I had to pay extra for the broccoli.

My wife and I have been going to this Bonefish in Buford, GA every Sunday for 2 years now.
We know all of the staff, but Lynn is our hostess, who is the face of this restaurant who always has our reservation ready and very professional in welcoming to everyone. Vaughn, our server has our drinks ready when we are seated.
The managing partner Tim always comes to say hello as do the other servers such as Cedar.
The entire staff are professional, and most of all friendly.

Absolute Garbage App
Crashes consistently
Code never recognized
Security code never ever works.
Doesn’t allow you to sign in
Even with app update this doesn’t work and says unable to sign in contact support. Stupid system they can’t seem to fix and when I did sign in all my points from previous week disappeared to 0.
Not working
I have downloaded this app three times now and it still tells me that there’s no restaurant within 50 miles of me. I keep hoping that they fix it because this is one of my favorite restaurants. I hope eventually they get this fixed but I guess I’ll just delete it again and go with other options that are more convenient.

App needs to be updated to remove Pay Bill
App has not been updated in four years. Restaurants no longer allow the Pay Bill functionality.
Update?
This app hasn’t been updated for newer phones from within the last several years. The locations I’ve been to recently said you can no longer pay with the app. So, you can only view rewards and location hours with this app. Borderline useless.
Program is not good
The app itself isn’t bad but the program is ridiculous. You earn the rewards but have a very short period of time during which they can be used. If you don’t use them in time you lose credit for all 3 visits and have to completely start over. Definitely not worth it for families with kids who can’t go to fancy restaurants every month.

Not Saving CC Info
Having great difficulty using app in last month following three years of great functionality. USE CARD function not working after all CC and CVV info entered.

Unfortunately unable to pay using App because restaurant had “WiFi” problem and poor connection.
Poor performance
The app is not saving credit card information easily and accepting payment easily. Very annoying. Please fix.

Can not link account to app
Although I can whole heartedly recommend the restaurant, the app will not link my email to my app. We’ve missed out on four visits because it won’t let me link to my email. I’ve complained about this several times with no results.

I love the bone fish grill app. It is easy to use, it tracks my rewards and I can make reservations. I would recommend this app to use to enjoy fine dining and get rewarded while doing so.

Payment still requires CC code. I don’t remember the codes for the multiple debit/credit cards I’ve loaded.

I’m writing this review in hopes that someone at corporate will respond. I doubt that anyone higher than the average reviewer will read this.
I admit that, whilst I do not visit Bonefish on a regular basis, I do enjoy their product. This review is in reference to this app.
This app is useless and a waste of your time. The ONLY thing that useful is the option to make reservations. Our local spot here in eastern Georgia (hint: the is ONLY semi-large city east of Atlanta) is popular and fairly busy. The staff is great, and I would highly recommend stopping by...right before you get to South Carolina (hint #2: you WILL NOT find any good restaurants right off I-20 in South Carolina).
Again, corporate will not read this review, Apple will not delete it, I do not want any compensation. Just make a better app. Everyone else let’s you order online.
