App does not load or work
On 18.7.3 - at launch asks for location permission and from there the only thing that works is choosing a location and date. The rest of the interface never loads and it shows no available time slots for pickup regardless of location chosen. How these big companies like Darden are so bad at the mobile experience is the real question and people are giving you the feedback and you’re seemingly fumbling doing anything meaningful with it.

Date night
I love that the bartenders are pleasant and that they remember you, and your drink. We go often and the prices are not bad at all. We split and then have two sides. It’s perfect and affordable.
No way in app to contact support
It’s wild to me that the app not only lacks a “Help” option for orders or customer support info even considering how often Longhorns messes up to go orders. Anyways, lesson learned. App deleted and Longhorn’s off the family dinner roster.
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work with iPhones.
Payment problems
After I place my order and go to Payment Options, I am continuously getting errors saying my payment has not been processed(won’t accept). My credit card cannot go through and it has become a problem So now I have to call and place my order the old fashioned way. Please get this issue fixed.
