No way in app to contact support
It’s wild to me that the app not only lacks a “Help” option for orders or customer support info even considering how often Longhorns messes up to go orders. Anyways, lesson learned. App deleted and Longhorn’s off the family dinner roster.

Payment problems
After I place my order and go to Payment Options, I am continuously getting errors saying my payment has not been processed(won’t accept). My credit card cannot go through and it has become a problem So now I have to call and place my order the old fashioned way. Please get this issue fixed.
Why 5 Stars
There is many Steak houses. I travel all over the place and when it’s time to eat I search for LH. Is it always perfectly cut. Nope. Is it seared perfectly. Nope. How ever it’s always been good. Bread sometimes isn’t hot it’s like warm. They replace it quickly. Eat at the bar and it’s relaxing as well.
They have always been friendly and as well great service. I use to eat at outback. And yes they have the one thing I want the Awesome Blossom. Sorry LH they got you on that. But outback went sloppy. So once a week it’s Lorng Horn Treat!!

Does not work on IOS 26.4.2
After starting the app and the two first settings asked for it loads a start page and freezes.
