Horrible experience
The app said 20% off and it only took $40 off an order that was $374. Absolutely ridiculous, then when I scanned for the rewards it only said the bill was $251, which it was $344 (after the $40 was taken off which it should’ve been more)
Don’t update will lose all your reward points and achievements.
Update reset entire purchase history and reward points to zero without any compensation for progress achieved.
Endless shrimp
I won’t be coming back. I am a long term customer and have seen the quality drop tremendously over time. In the same time the prices have gone up to the point where it is not worth it for frozen food. My last visit yesterday was for your endless shrimp promotion. We had 2 baskets of biscuits. The first was so salty we couldn’t eat it. The second was raw and doughy. The broccoli was mush and the shrimp was salty and overcooked. This was Both kinds. This is consistent with with my prior experiences. This was my last visit.

Wish I could zoom page content
I like the app. It’s easy to use except that you can’t zoom pages. I’m visually impaired and reading the very very tiny print that describes the reward or other details is impossible. Can you fix that?
No seasonings
I have a picture for proof, my crab legs had no seasoning on it at all
