Double check in
Really only useful for checking in before arriving. But when I checkin, it checks me in twice. And when I get a table, it doesn’t seem to be updated and I get a notification that my checkin has been cancelled. Really not a useful app.
Never got my food
There isn’t a single way to communicate that you never received your food. Through the uber website that they use to deliver the food or the cheddars app
Broken Waitlist
Waitlist does not update on app consistently. Still had to walk in the restaurant to hold my spot. All apps and software are up to date on phone. Shouldn’t use this in the application if it’s not going to work.
Painful
It does not remember your previous address used, have to enter it each time. Every order action signs you up again for the newsletter that you have to jump through hoops to unsubscribe.
Why not just tell me how many strips?
Google ai says the No. 8 special comes with 8 strips but everyone else says 4. Why don't you just write 4 wimpy strips on the menu?
